How much water can the Reload Bottle hold?

Our Reload Bottle has a huge 2.2L capacity, holding enough water to meet your sporting and recommended daily intake in just one fill.

Is the Reload Bottle just for people who go to the gym?

No. Our Reload Bottle is ideal for most situations. Whether you are going to the gym, hiking, cycling, office or everyday use, our sleek and practical neoprene sleeve with its built in pockets and shoulder strap make carrying your phone, money, cards and other accessorise easier and hassle free while on the move.

What is the Reload Bottle made from? 

Our Reload Bottle is made from BPA free plastic, which is recyclable, you can rest assured that your water bottle is eco-friendly.

Is the Reload Bottle leak proof?

Yes, our Reload Bottle is leak proof, with added rubber seals in both the internal cap and the mouthpiece, stopping all leakage.

How heavy is the Reload Bottle?

Let’s talk numbers – Our Reload Bottle with the cap on is around 245 grams. Slightly heavier than others out there, making it more robust (due to its thicker plastic) against bumps and drops. Our neoprene sleeve with shoulder strap is around 140 grams, giving a combined total of around 385 grams.

What is the height, width and length of the Reload Bottle?
The height of our Reload Bottle is 27.5cm and has diameter of 13.5cm. 

Is the Reload Bottle dishwasher safe?

Only if you wash it at 40 degrees or below. We strongly recommend hand washing the bottle and cap daily with warm soapy water making sure to rinse thoroughly and allowing all parts to dry. 

Can the Reload Bottle be put in the freezer?

We advise against the idea. As the water would freeze, it would expand and this in turn may lead to pressure on the bottle and cause it to crack.

We would recommend filling the bottle with water at night and storing it in the fridge and maybe add some ice cubes in the morning to give your water that extra chill. 

Can you put boiling water into the Reload Bottle?

We advise against the idea. As the boiling water may cause the BPA free plastic to melt, weakening the structural integrity of the bottle and causing it to crack.

We would recommend filling the bottle with water temperatures up to 40 degrees.

What is the purpose of the outer sleeve?

Our premium neoprene insulating sleeve helps keep water cooler for longer. It also provides extra durability and functionality, with 2 built in pockets, one big enough to fit the largest of smart phones and the other to hold cash, cards etc. The built in key hook makes it prefect for attaching your car and house keys too. Our versatile design, built-in shoulder strap and carry handle makes it easier to take your 2.2L Reload Bottle almost everywhere and use it for almost everything.

Can you wash the sleeve?

Yes absolutely, we recommend hand washing the sleeve in warm soapy water. Neoprene best maintains it structural integrity at lower temperatures.

When you take the lid off, what is the diameter of the opening?

The diameter of the opening in our Reload Bottle is 4.5cm, large enough to add ice cubes, insert chunks of fruit or a small tea diffuser to flavour your water. 

My Reload Bottle makes a whistling noise while I drink water. Is this faulty?

No not at all. There is a small air valve behind the main mouth opening. As you drink the water, air is sucked in through the air valve to stop the bottle from collapsing in on itself while releasing internal pressure to allow uninterrupted flow.

How long will my order take to arrive?

United Kingdom standard tracked delivery: 2-4 working days.

Where do you deliver to & how much does delivery cost?

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is inclusive of our price. An additional fee may be added if you are living outside of mainland UK.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Please track your Reload Bottle using the tracking number provided in your despatch confirmation email. Wait for the recommended amount of delivery days to pass. If your Reload Bottle has not arrived after the recommended amount of delivery days contact us directly at support@reloadbottle.com with your full name, order number, tracking number and delivery address and we will be happy to help resolve any issues.

Which courier service do you use to deliver your products?

Reload Bottles are delivered in the UK via a network of couriers. Rest assured you will be provided with an order confirmation email and also a despatch confirmation email with a tracking number.

I did not get an order confirmation email?

We recommend first checking your junk mail as these can sometimes end up there. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@reloadbottle.com with your full name and address and or delivery address and we will be happy to help resolve any issues.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, however once your Reload Bottle arrives, you have 30 days to request a refund or exchange your Reload Bottle.

Your Reload Bottle must be returned to us unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all its original packaging (also undamaged).

Please Note: - in any and all circumstances the cost of return postage will be paid for by the customer. The item should be sent via a tracked signed for delivery service to limit the chances of loss.

Please Note:- if you have asked for an exchange of an unused, undamaged item and is in all its original packaging (also undamaged), then you will pay for both return postage to us via a tracked signed for delivery service and the cost of postage for the new item to be delivered out via a tracked signed for delivery service.
