Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy last for 30 days. Under the Consumer Rights Act you the consumer have the right to return your Reload Bottle within 30 days and get a full refund (minus the original delivery cost) if your Reload Bottle is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, then we reserve the rights to refuse your request for a refund and or exchange.

For you the consumer to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all its original packaging (also undamaged).

Please Note: - in any and all circumstances the cost of return postage will be paid for by the customer. The item should be sent via a tracked signed for delivery service to limit the chances of loss.

If for any reason you need to return your Reload Bottle, please contact us first at support@reloadbottle.com with your order number, full name and address and we would be happy to help.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once we have received your returned item it will be reviewed for any faults that you may have stated or for any indications of use.

Once we have reviewed your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, at this point we will also notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange request.

We will replace your Reload Bottle if the bottle and or sleeve are clearly damaged, defective not as described or unfit for purpose.

Damaged or defective items will be exchanged like for like, unless we are out of stock then an alternative will be offered. If you are not happy with the alternative, then a full refund (minus the original delivery cost) will be issued.

If a like for like is available or you are happy to accept an alternative, then the exchanged item will be sent out to you with no added cost of delivery the new item.

At our absolute discretion:- if you the customer has asked for an exchange of an unused, undamaged item and is in all its original packaging (also undamaged), then you the customer will pay for both return postage to us via a tracked signed for delivery service and the cost of postage for the new item to be sent out via a tracked signed for delivery service.

Please Note: - after review, if your exchange request is denied then you the customer will pay the delivery costs for your original item to be re-sent to you via a tracked signed for delivery service.

Sale items

At no point will any sales items be refunded.

We at Reload Bottle will endeavour to ensure that you receive the best quality of product we have to offer. If you purchase a sale item which arrives to you damaged, defective, not as described, or unfit for purpose then we at Reload Bottle will offer you an exchange only.

However, you the customer will pay for both return postage to us via a tracked signed for delivery service and the cost of postage for the new item to be sent out via a tracked signed for delivery service.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received your returned item it will be reviewed for any faults that you may have stated or for any indications of use.

Once we have reviewed your return item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, at this point we will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your account, credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Please Note: - delivery costs are non-refundable. So, if you do receive a refund then the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.

Outstanding refunds (if applicable)

If you requested a refund and have not received it as of yet:

First make sure you have allowed for the allocated number of days to pass (7-10 working days).

After 10 working days if you have still not received your refund please contact your credit card company, bank, or check with the company you used to make your original payment (e.g. PayPal).

Please Note: - delays may occur in processing your refund or there may be delays in funds appearing in your account.
